Meet Our Doctors

Dr. Allen C. Guehl, DPM

Dr. Guehl is an experienced podiatrist and surgeon who has been in practice for the past 10 years in the Dayton and Springfield areas.
Dr. Guehl is a Dayton area native, graduating from Sidney High School prior to attending the University of Cincinnati and studying
engineering. His studies led to an interest in the mechanics and function of the foot. Dr. Guehl attended podiatry school in Chicago and did
his surgical residency at Mount Sinai Medical Center. Dr. Guehl returned to the Dayton area in 1999 and founded Community Foot Care; a
group dedicated to the treatment of all foot problems focusing on customer service and patient education. He achieved his surgical board
certification in 2005 and is on staff at all Dayton and Springfield area hospitals.
Dr. Guehl is now seeing patients exclusively in our Centerville location.

Dr. Belinda M. Dotter, DPM

Dr. Dotter was born in Quezon City, Phillippines and raised in Manila. She received her Bachelors of Science in Biochemistry from the
University of Illinois. After working for the Orthopedics Department of Rush-Presbyterian St. Luke’s in Chicago, she decided to enter William
M. Scholl of Podiatric Medicine. She attended the residency program in Wyckoff Heights Medical Center in New York and Mount Sinai
Medical Center in Illinois.
Dr. Dotter is especially interested in the care and prevention of foot deformities. She also has an interest in diabetic foot care and family foot
care.
Dr. Dotter is now seeing patients at our Vandalia, Beavercreek, and N. Main locations.

Dr. Adam M. Thomas, DPM

Originally from Zainesville, Ohio, Dr. Thomas graduated June 2009 from Ohio State University Medical Center with a 3 year surgical
residency. He continues to keep in close contact with his Professors and advisors from Ohio State University Medical Center to maintain
and continue to enhance his education.
Dr. Thomas has a special interest in foot and ankle surgery, as well as diabetic foot infections. Dr. Thomas hopes to take overall wellness
and diabetic foot health to new levels.
He is now seeing patients in the Springfield and Linden Avenue offices.
